This is a long-term temporary job based in Sheffield.

Your new company


This role is based in a school in Sheffield That supports students in Key Stage 2, 3 & 4.It specialises in educational and social learning to student with complex social, emotional and mental health needs. In a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.


Your new role

Will consist of;

  • General office support.

  • To attend meetings and take accurate notes and effective minutes from which to update students' EHCPs and distribute within statutory timeframe.
  • Taking calls from parents and logging on to the database.
  • Sending emails to parents.

  • Logging attendance and absences onto the database.

  • Liaise with staff and students.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Experience working in a busy office environment. (Essential)

  • Experience managing EHCP's (Essential)

  • Experience minute taking. (Essential)

  • Good telephone manner and communication skills.

  • Experience in a school is useful but not essential.

  • Be proactive and alert.

  • Have an eye for detail.

  • Strong time management & organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Arbour.

This role requires an Enhanced DBS.

The school are looking for someone to start immediately so they can handover from a staff member that is leaving.
