Your new company

An environmental consultancy established over 30 years ago is looking for an Ecology team lead across their Scotland and Manchester offices.


Your new role

This is an exciting opening to lead a team to success with a forward-thinking and environmentally-focused mindset.

This role is integral in delivering a vast range of multidisciplinary projects, working closely with and providing value to new and existing clients. Renewables are a key sector, alongside rail and other developments, and we are keen to build a multidisciplinary team in Scotland.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation and policy.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good tenure of ecological consultancy experience working across a broad range of projects and sectors.
  • Excellent understanding of survey methodology and report writing requirements for all ecological services.

What you'll get in return
