Your New School:

Hays education is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate Early Years Teacher to join Hays in September 2025 within the Redditch area, 3 days per week. Your new role:

Your new job as an Early Year class teacher will require you to be available 3 days a week from September 2025 within the Redditch area. For the right teacher, this has the opportunity to be a fixed-term contract until August 2026. The ideal teacher for this role will be able to:

Create a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment
Observing, assessing, and recording progress
Planning and delivering engaging lessons
Ensuring that the school’s behaviour policy is adhered to
Have a good understanding of how to plan and teach the early years curriculum
Has excellent communication with staff, students and parents.

What you’ll need to succeed

To thrive in this job, it is essential that you create a positive and nurturing learning environment within early years, where every child receives the tailored support to ensure they are developing and growing into the best version of themselves, and ensuring they are reaching their full potential and ensuring that each child really thrives within their academic journey.

To succeed in this job, it is crucial that there is clear and open communication with staff, students and parents to ensure that each child is getting the right support. You will also need to have a good understanding of the early years curriculum and be confident in delivering engaging lessons. This job would be suitable for teachers in M1 – M6.
