Your new company

Working for a bold and ambitious global law firm, which operates in 30 offices across more than 20 countries and represents the leading companies in the financial industry, joining an exceptional Early Careers team of 3.

Your new role

You'll be responsible for enriching the experience of trainees from onboarding to qualification, ensuring the monitoring of their development and delineating progression pathways.

Onboarding for future talent, facilitating events prior to employment, coordinating induction activities, building relationships, liaising with future talent

Enrich the skills and knowledge of trainees and apprentices through the implementation of development activities.

Work with L&D to develop and deliver tailored learning schemes which fill gaps in skills alongside aligning with the needs and goals of the business.

Create and adapt learning materials, arranging assessment coordination and delineating precise progression pathways.

Foster and uphold positive, productive relationships with external partners, to further the development of trainees and apprentices.

Nurture and enrich early talent through individual support, crafting purposeful and clear progression pathways, to encourage their growth and development within the organisational context.

Coordinate events where trainees are recognised and rewarded for significant achievements

Encourage engagement with stakeholders through initiatives aimed at involving collaboration across all levels of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

This is the perfect role for someone with at least 3 years of experience working in early careers at a law firm, with strong knowledge of the secondment and seat plan processes, looking to progress.

Proven HR experience in a professional services organisation with experience of working with a graduate population

Experience of presenting to large groups and running events

Proven good knowledge of current employment law

CIPD level 5+

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law

Experience with WorkDay and data interpretation
