Early Careers Advisor - Learning & Development

Your new company
We have an amazing opportunity for an Early Careers Advisor to join a large organisation based in London. They are very flexible and family friendly.

Your new role
Reporting to the Early Careers Manager, you will lead end-to-end learning and development for early talent. From designing learning schemes and delivering learning interventions to guiding progression, you'll shape our future workforce.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of development activities aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of trainees and apprentices
  • Devise and deliver comprehensive learning schemes specifically tailored to bridge identified skills gaps and align with overarching business requirements.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with managers to customise learning experiences, ensuring they resonate with the unique needs of each team.
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with external partners, leveraging their expertise to enrich the learning journey of trainees and apprentices.
  • Provide dedicated support to early talent, actively fostering their growth and competence development within the organisational context.
  • Craft and refine learning materials, orchestrating the coordination of assessments and delineating clear pathways for trainee progression.
  • Coordinate and orchestrate celebratory events to recognise and reward the achievements of trainees upon their promotion or milestones.
  • Establish transparent and well-defined progression pathways, empowering trainees to navigate their career trajectory with clarity and purpose.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through the facilitation of forums and initiatives aimed at fostering dialogue and collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Good understanding of the graduate/apprentice landscape.
  • Experience in learning and development.
  • Able to influence and manage key stakeholders and suppliers, coupled with good project management and project delivery skills with the analytical skills to report back.
