You will be accountable for all IT service strategy functions, including service design and transition. You will also oversee our technology data office, incorporation of the configuration management database, our asset management policy, mapping frameworks, and own the COBIT control assurance framework.

Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the senior technology interface for IT Service Engineering stakeholders across all business lines and technology functions.


Service Strategy: Develop and manage the IT Service Strategy operating model.


Governance: Implement the ITIL service governance framework, including Service Transition, Service Strategy & Design, and Asset Management.


Improvement Plans: Drive Technology Service Improvement Plans to enhance service effectiveness.


Data Office Leadership: Manage core CMDB, data mapping processes, and asset management controls (Hardware Asset Management / Software Asset Management).


Regulatory Adherence: Ensure service governance, core control framework, and regulatory compliance.


Budget Management: Collaborate with business partners to plan and manage the IT Service Strategy budget across both BAU opex and capex investment programs.


Automation: Partner with the enterprise service data platform and tooling teams to drive requirements and automation.


Risk Management: Oversee regulatory/risk and control across technology.


Policy Implementation: Design, implement, and operate dedicated service management policies, processes, and procedures.


Reporting: Handle group reporting, key control, and risk management.

Experience: Proven technology experience with globally diverse teams.


Leadership: Experience leading large, global, multi-product service teams.


Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management, ITIL control framework, and data governance.


Management: Significant people management, leadership, and stakeholder management experience.


Strategic Change: Experience driving business and technology strategic change initiatives.


Environment: Experience working in a complex, international, changing, and matrix reporting environment.
