Digital Workplace Coach - initial 12 months - Hybrid working 4 days a week in London
Join a Dynamic Team as a Digital Skills Coach!
Are you passionate about empowering others through digital transformation? Do you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments? We are looking for a talented Digital Skills Coach to deliver in-person and remote coaching at our London headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on coaching and support four days a week at our London location, with one remote day.
- Lead engaging masterclasses, drop-in clinics, onboarding sessions, and personalised 1-to-1 coaching on essential tools such as Asana, Calendly, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cisco Webex, Docusign, Dashlane, Microsoft 365, Superhuman, and Zoom.
- Support a diverse global user base of 250 colleagues, including 200 based in London, across all levels of digital fluency.
- Adapt communication and coaching styles to effectively serve both beginners and power users with empathy and credibility.
- Develop user-facing materials, workflows, and communications to translate digital change strategies into practical applications.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers from key software vendors to incorporate roadmap insights and best practices.
- Monitor tool adoption, behavioural changes, and productivity improvements through analytics and feedback; produce quarterly KPI reports.
- Promote key digital competencies such as systems thinking, adaptability, business acumen, and collaborative fluency within the organisation.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven success in digital enablement, enterprise L&D, change management, or workplace transformation—preferably in complex, fast-moving sectors like finance, consulting, or technology.
- Extensive hands-on experience coaching across digital workplace tools listed above.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavioural design, and change frameworks such as ADKAR.
- Comfortable working with data and metrics to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
- Excellent communicator with gravitas, empathy, and the ability to engage credibly with all levels—from junior staff to senior leaders.
- Conceptually clear, with systems-thinking skills that link individual actions to organisational outcomes.
- Deeply aligned with a mission to support sustainable, equitable, and innovative work environments.
