Construction Design Manager required at Heathrow Airport
Your new company
Based at Heathrow Airport an exciting opportunity has become available for a Construction Design Manager. This will be working for a main contractor and working on shell and core projects.
Your new role
Working on multi-million pound projects at Heathrow Airport. The projects will include shell and core terminal building projects, and fit out projects. This could include fire replacement doors, toilet refurbishments, retail allocation.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience of working on construction projects which include building, shell and core and fit out.
* Min 5 years design management experience with a main or subcontractor* Experience of working on large scale projects, either in education, hospitals, airports or fit out projects for large buildings
* Experience of multiple stakeholder management
* Working knowledge of RIBA Stages, CDM Regulations
* Suitable qualification in construction
* CSCS Card
* Needs to be customer focused and able to deliver projects.
What you'll get in return
This is for either a Construction Design Manager or a Senior Design Manager. Salary on offer is up to £75k + package, including holidays, pension, day off for your birthday and dedicated professional development budget etc
