A hugely influential public sector regulatory organisation with offices in Brighton, is seeking a Data Capability Lead to work with a dedicated team of Data Engineers to deliver the data strategy.
Your new role
Core business objectives will be embedding Agile and Lean values and principles, guiding teams in a matrix management delivery lead capacity, and you will shape and lead the data strategy for the Regulator, presenting strategic initiatives on PowerPoint to the senior leadership team and delivering on outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed - Expert experience in applying Agile and Lean principles with the ability to coach and guide teams, continuously reflecting and challenging teams, creating and tailoring new ways of working and demonstrating a constantly innovative approach.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience with the ability to manage value delivery, budgets, issues and risks, and flow metrics.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management and ability to manage and mediate relationships, manage discussions about high risk and complexity with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and represent the community inside and outside the organisation.
What you'll get in return
Full -Time, Permanent role, 35 hours per week, Mon–Fri.
