We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join the client's Insight team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and interpreting large and complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Your new role

Responsibilities:

• Analyse third party data published by different organisations and the additional data from within the organisation.

• Create forecasts and models based on the data that is analysed.

• Summarise findings in easily digestible reports to inform both internal and external stakeholders.

• Undertake bespoke research and analysis in response to requests from the various departments.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrable experience of constructive thinking.

• Experience of using specialist analytical and reporting software or advanced functionality of Microsoft Excel.

• Employing a range of practices to analyse and explain complex data sets.

• Demonstrable experience of using data visualisation software e.g. Tableau, Qlikview and Power BI to help uncover the trends behind the data.

What you'll get in return

A permanent vacancy paying £37,000 - £40,000pa + benefits. The role is based in Hertfordshire with hybrid working on offer.
