The Role

Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Client Lifetime Value Manager to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months (rolling, reviewed annually).


This role sits within the Client Insights team and is responsible for supporting the strategy to optimise Client Lifetime Value potential. Role will need to use data analysis to understand current status across the client base, and to develop methodologies to enhance this financial potential for the business. Role will examine the potential of a traditional purchase lifecycle, as well as non-traditional routes of new non-vehicle related touchpoints and lifestyle opportunities to maximise client lifetime value.


Key accountabilities of the function

Define global strategy for client lifetime value, managing key projects and coordinating the strategy with all key stakeholders to enhance income potential

Analyse Clients Insights gathered by the broader Client Insights team and examine current purchase cycles to identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience and monetisation of experience potential

Establishing innovative ways to showcase insights to the broader business and work closely with the Data Science and digitalisation team to enhance tools and CLV insights

Analysing return on investment for differing client segments and utilising the data to inform the wider business and drive insight based decisions

Steer the development of a non-traditional client experience with a number of direct and indirect touchpoints (beyond traditional business model) to optimise income opportunities

Provide meaningful intelligence and insights to key stakeholders in the business to continually improve and refine processes

Work closely with internal departments to understand where income potential lies and devising ways for the business to access this potential and convert to profit

Analysis of CRM data to provide intelligence and insight

Consult with key stakeholders to share insights and guide business strategy to optimise income opportunity


Skills and Qualifications:

Degree level. Preferably in a STEM subject

Additional skills: special skills / technical ability etc.

Commercially savvy

Highly numerate

Lucid and able to quickly understand intelligence and insights

Financial understanding

Strong interpersonal skills, able to sustain relationships in different regions, time zones etc.

Excellent communication skills and an ability to simplify the complexity of the topic to a broader audience
