Your new company
Hays are working with a large retail-based organisation who are looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. You would need to start immediately due to a large new project which has been won.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role would be working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and supporting our B2B customer service operations. Your role will involve handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with various departments to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide updates.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Provide support for customer service projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability to start.
