Hays are working with a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent member of the team.

Your new role

As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update customer records in our database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation related to customer interactions and transactions.
  • Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and issues with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
