Your new role
As a Customer Service Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our client's customers—whether they’re visiting a branch, calling in, or reaching out online. You’ll play a key role in helping them manage their finances, resolve queries, and feel confident about their banking choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to all customers
- Handle a wide range of customer queries and transactions
- Promote our digital services and support customers in using them
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking specialists
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and security procedures
What you'll need to succeed
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a bank is a must.
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience (banking experience is a plus, but not essential)
