A global and successful manufacturing company based in Wrexham who are leaders in their field are currently looking for an experienced customer service coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term basis. Your new role

You will be joining the Customer Services Team and will work collaboratively with both the commercial and supply chain teams. The main purpose of your role is to support a specific portfolio of customers to ensure that their orders are accurately processed and managed, whilst building long-standing relationships and understanding requirements. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing communication between the organisation and customer, ensuring that all data for the customer is accurate.
  • Take responsibility for the processing of orders, managing them right through to payment, building long-standing relationships in the process.
  • You will take responsibility for customer KPI’s working closely with other teams to ensure that credits, debits, and rebates are handled smoothly.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the customers’ requirements, always driving for customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, previous experience working within the manufacturing industry or in a similar role is required. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, whilst being an excellent team player. Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable, along with working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems. Fluency in German, French or Spanish is highly desirable but not essential for consideration.

  • Experience within the manufacturing industry, ideally with an understanding of export compliance and contract administration
  • Ability to solve customer problems as they arise whilst maintaining and increasing important internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
