Customer Service Executive job in Fulham for Gaming business - £30,000 plus generous bonus and hybrid working

An amazing opportunity is available to work as a Customer Service Executive for a gaming business in Fulham on a full-time basis due to an internal promotion. The organisation is a dynamic, social and dog-friendly environment where the team is involved in lots of social activities, making it a fantastic environment to work in. This role is a hybrid with half a day from home on a weekend and a full day from home on a Friday, so candidates will need to be within a reasonable distance of Fulham.
Your new role
You new role will involve using CRM and Zendesk systems to deal with inbound and some outbound queries relating to gaming services, including raising tickets to enable tracking of customer resolution requests, assisting customers over the phone, investing and resolving complaints, managing the database with customer information, escalating enquiries to the correct team and dealing with customer account creation.What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must have 2+ years experience in a busy call centre or office based customer service role and you must have used Zendesk systems (similar systems unfortunately cannoot be considered), have excellent problem solving skills, an excellent telephone manner and be based within a reasonable commute of Fulham.What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a generous salary of £30,000 per annum with a bonus equivalent of 1–2 months' salary (£3,000 - £6,000) on an annual basis. Generous holidays of 25 days plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, Thursday afternoon cocktails/mocktails and a fabulous dog-dog-friendly office.
The working schedule is 9am-5.30pm, with 4.5 days during the week Monday to Friday and a half day on a Saturday or Sunday. Both Friday and the half day on the weekend are from home - example schedule below but the half day could change on which day.
