Your new role

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for taking incoming calls, monitoring the inbox, and responding to queries in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls. Once trained, the advisor will also communicate with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, candidates should have similar experience in a customer service environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and managing a large volume of calls and emails.
