Your new company

Hays are recruiting for a Customer Service role for a financial services-based business in Manchester city centre. This role is a permanent position.

Your new role

You will be the primary contact for telephone calls and enquires, engaging directly with customers in relation to finance queries. You will handle customer enquiries via the telephone and email. You will administer finance applications and assist with any other necessary requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous customer service experience would be beneficial. You will be confident, a strong communicator, you will have empathy, you will be comfortable navigating IT systems, you will be able to work to strict deadlines, you will have excellent verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.

What you'll get in return

This role is a permanent role paying up to £25,800 dependent on experience, hybrid working after training, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. Hours are between 8-6pm. Some weekends and bank holiday work will be required.
