Customer Journey Designer - 6 Months

Your new company

You will be working for an international company's UK partner based in Bristol.

Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days WFH
Days: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (some flex in hours)

Your new role

You will be required to design, create and evaluate the customer experience for the company users, duties include:

  • Support delivery of the Customer Experience Strategy priorities and business commitments.
  • Plan, initiate, develop and support actions and interventions to reinforce customer centricity as key.
  • Work to reduce overall complaints received.
  • Use customer insight analytics to drive change and improve the user's overall service.
  • Ensure meaningful complaints data forms a key component of customer insight to direct service improvements
  • Improve customer journey mapping processes from a digital standpoint.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Must have experience in customer experience journey mapping.

  • Strong systems skills, Excel, CRM, digital insights software.

  • Be able to hit the ground running with projects already in progress

  • Be a strong team player, always open to help and communicating when you need support.
