Credit Risk - Project Manager

What You’ll Do:
  • Help manage and deliver key projects related to credit risk.
  • Understand the goals of the program and make sure tasks are completed on time.
  • Keep processes and standards up to date.
  • Monitor credit risk limits daily and follow up on any issues.
  • Analyze data and prepare summaries for meetings.
  • Help manage regulatory tasks and make sure everything is done properly.
  • Work with tech teams to design and test new tools or systems.
  • Create regular reports for management (monthly updates, risk reviews, etc.).
  • Track tasks and let management know about any important updates.
  • Spot and solve problems in day-to-day monitoring.
  • Work closely with other teams and departments to get things done.
  • Suggest ways to improve processes, including automation.
  • Support audits and compliance tasks when needed.

What You Need:
  • 5–10 years of experience in finance or risk-related roles.
  • Strong background in credit risk or audit/regulatory work.
  • Good understanding of financial products (like loans or trading).
  • Experience leading or working on big projects.
  • Comfortable with change and improving how things are done.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, etc.
  • Able to think clearly and solve problems.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities.
