Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.

- Managing and maintaining a portfolio of client accounts
- Building and nurturing customer relationships to support payment performance
- Conducting weekly aged debt reviews and reporting findings
- Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
- Assisting with implementing payment plans to recover aged/at risk debt
- Working closely with internal teams to support cash flow and credit risk management
What you'll need to succeed
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment. The client is open to candidates with limited experience, provided they demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to develop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Previous credit control experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ideal for candidates currently completing or recently finished an administration or finance apprenticeship
- Set salary of up to £26,500 d.o.e. plus the opportunity to earn a monthly, performance-related bonus
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Hybrid working - on completion of successful probationary period
