Are you an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for the next step in your career?

In your new role, you will deliver high-quality service to clients across various sectors globally. You will gain expertise by working on high-caliber, multijurisdictional, and complex cases, providing invaluable experience and opportunities for career growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with various practice groups, including Reorganisations, Cross Border Transactions, Corporate and Securities, and M&A.
  • Assist with diverse matters across multiple jurisdictions, acting as a coordinator and drafting corporate documentation.
  • Work in project teams with solicitors, project managers, and legal tech experts from the firm's global network.
  • Escalate project-specific issues to management or project partners as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and solicitors across different practice groups and jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to innovative projects that enhance services, methods, and platforms for efficiency and process improvement.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales with proven corporate expertise.
  • Skilled in reviewing, analysing, and organising evidence, advising on risk and mitigation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective team player and independent worker.
  • Commercially aware with a "client first" mindset.
  • High performance standards and results-driven.
  • Self-starter who is collaborative, pragmatic, and adaptable.
  • Excellent writing and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in balancing priorities and managing deadlines.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
