Company Secretarial Assistant role within a Top International Law Firm

You will be working for a global law firm that provides excellent legal services to a range of clients; both businesses and individuals. Your new role
You will support the group with legal and corporate governance tasks, offering significant involvement, responsibility, and visibility to other offices and clients. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing confirmation statements, preparing year-end accounts approval documents, filing with Companies House, maintaining statutory registers, assisting with billing requirements, data entry, and conducting company searches.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have one to two years of company secretarial experience, ideally within a professional services firm. You will have working knowledge of Diligent Entities, and able to work in a high-pressure environment that drives results. It is essential that you have an eye for detail, can organise and prioritise yourself, and communicate professionally. You do not need to be CGI/ICSA qualified, however being part-qualified or able to demonstrate a desire to complete the qualification (i.e. having enroled) will be highly advantageous.
