Corporate Finance Manager - Accountancy Practice - Belfast

Your new company

Hays are thrilled to be partnering with a well-established and well-regarded Accountancy Practice based in the Queen's University area of Belfast. Due to a sustained period of continued growth, which has also led to a move to state of the art new offices, the firm requires a Corporate Finance Senior/Manager.


Your new role

As CF manager, you will take the lead on:

Due diligence projects

Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, such as capital investment, mergers, and acquisitions.

Develop financial models, forecasts, and valuation techniques.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, investors, and other financial partners.

Special project's

Corporate Finance & Restructuring, advising on.


What you'll need to succeed

As a senior team member, you will be a Chartered Accountant with a strong academic background and at least 4 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or related field.

You will have a commercially minded approach to problem-solving, strong numerate, written and communication skills.

You will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and valuation techniques.

You will have high levels of commitment, enthusiasm, and initiative.

You will have strong organisational skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

You will have strong communication skills with the ability and confidence to deal with various stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modelling tools.
