Hays have partnered with a leading Professional Services firm who are looking to grow their Marketing team with the addition of a Communications Executive on a part-time basis. Options to work 3 days a week, or spread the 22.5 hours over more days.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will focus on marketing communications across a range of marketing platforms including digital marketing, internal communications and events. Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Plan, implement and develop communications projects
  • Co-ordination of all internal communications including intranet news articles, internal communications projects and staff events.
  • Working closely with both the HR, Finance and Business Support teams to support internal communications campaigns, throughout the Group
  • Work closely with the integration team to co-ordinate all communications activities for business acquisitions
  • A level of support to the Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager on the creation of content across all digital channels, particularly where campaigns span both internal and external audiences, including: Website content and optimisation, Social media content and maintenance of the social media calendar, and Email and Social Media campaigns.
  • Working with the Head of Marketing on the continual evolvement of internal communications tools and platforms including the development of the firm’s intranet

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to be creative with strong copywriting, proofreading and content creation skills.
Previous experience in a communications, marketing or copywriting role is essential.
Further knowledge of digital marketing techniques including email campaigns, SEO and social media content, as well as PR, would be beneficial.
You will be a proactive individual with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders to develop news and communication ideas.
