Based in Banbridge, the company operates multiple brands across more than 400 shopping centres and grocery locations throughout the UK and Ireland. The company prides itself on its strong customer relationships and as it continues to scale and grow over the next decade, they are committed to maintaining exceptional customer relationships and delivering high-quality products and services.

Your new role

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be the direct point of contact for 75 customers in Ireland, ensuring the successful installation and performance of products. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, leading business development and contract negotiations, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with the Commercial Director. You will also stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and drive innovation. This role is primarily field-based, with occasional travel to Banbridge.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in establishing and maintaining successful customer partnerships, a strong network within the retail industry, and exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. You should be highly ambitious, assertive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining regular communication with senior leadership. A clean driving licence is required. Passion, loyalty, and attention to detail are essential, as customers value personalised attention and professional service.
