Job Description:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various accounting and financial tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in the property industry and develop their career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience or internships in finance or accounting is a plus but not required.
