Your new role

Your new role as a Commercial Claims Executive will be reporting to the Claims Director within the Hitchin office. You will be responsible for handling a mixed and complex portfolio of UK Commercial Claims, alongside communicating effectively and professionally with new and existing clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need strong interpersonal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and support claims staff. You will also need a strong background in UK commercial claims handling, from cradle to grave, in addition to a positive attitude to succeed.
