My client is a Specialty Insurer who require a Change Manager with previous Lloyds of London Insurance Market and Prosci methodology experience to help with their Digital Transformation journey and shift towards a new Cloud based solution for their Claims journey processes to connect with the Lloyds of London Market.
In this role you will play a key role in helping to provide the overall Change Management Strategy and Tools on a major Programme, working closely with key internal stakeholders including Journey Change Managers, Project Managers, Communications teams and Training and Development teams. In addition you will also be crucial in the execution of applying more structures and standards which will have a huge positive impact on all lines of Business and help the organisation’s plan to move towards a more automated and efficient way of working.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial expertise as a Change Manager in the Lloyds of London Insurance Market
- Previous experience of helping to shape and deliver overall Change Management Strategy and Tools for a Lloyds of London Insurer
- Strong understanding of Claims Journeys within an Insurance organisation
- Proven experience with Prosci methodology
- Working knowledge of helping another Insurer to Digitally Transform their processes towards a more Cloud based solution
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement expertise
Nice to have:
- Prosci certification
- Immediate availability
- Expertise in Lloyds of London Market Connectivity
- Expertise in Claims Journey Transformations and move to Cloud based Solution and associated Tooling
- Awareness of a variety of Tools such as Power BI, Salesforce etc
