Category Manager

I am excited to be recruiting for a Category Manager for a leading Education organisation in London. In this role you will be be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing supply agreements to achieve best value for money and good procurement practise across the organisation.

In this role you will
  • Lead and manage the category requirements to identify and deliver best value solutions for stakeholders as well as to actively support the value for money agenda.
  • Be responsible for providing professional procurement advice and ensuring compliance to the relevant regulatory and statutory obligations.
  • You will proactively identify, evaluate, and drive opportunities of procurement options to provide value for money. You'll ensure that compliance and best value is achieved for all tenders carried out.

    We are looking for individuals with
  • Experience of Public Sector procurement
  • Generalist Category experience , Ideally within Corporate or FM
  • Excellent stakeholder comms
  • Minimum level 5 CIPS
