In recent years, they have continued to make significant investments in new business systems and applications. They are currently in the later stages of major new HR, Payroll and Procurement system implementations. As such, a brand new Business Systems Team has been created to ensure that maximum benefit is achieved and the applications continue to develop new functionality and features that meet the business needs moving forward.

Your new role

In your role as Business Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in the function of the new team. Working with colleagues across the organisation, you will support and develop a wide range of critical systems covered by the new ERP system (Oracle Fusion), including Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement. Your role will be varied, covering technical support or maintenance and continued development of the system including roll out of new functionality.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong technical background working in similar large scale environments and have a good understanding of how enterprise systems integrate. You may come from a wide range of backgrounds and experience across all areas is not essential, but you will be enthusiastic about expanding your knowledge through training and accreditations.


Key areas of the role:
  • System Support

  • Process documentation

  • Technical system development

  • System integration

  • Working with 3rd party support partners

  • Continued maintenance of systems.

  • Create and grow knowledge base.

  • Environment Management

  • Manage any deployment, testing and production environments for ERP.

  • Compliance and security processes

  • Developing reporting functionality
