Job Title: Business Change Manager Rate:£525 per day Inside IR35 Contract Length: 6 months+

One of the UK's biggest consultancy firms are looking for a Business Change Manager to work with them and one of their clients in the banking industry.

The rate: £525 per day inside ir35

Contract Length: 6 months (chance of extension)

It will be a hybrid working pattern, and the candidates may be required to travel on-site in Northampton or London when required by the client.


Desired experience/role responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and SAS tools including Enterprise Guide Experience with taking business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, and then to convert to Implementable SAS solution. SAS and SQL code techniques. ECM credit card underwriting Hadoop code techniques
  • Work on rewriting credit card risk MI/reporting, risk processes, and portfolio monitoring to consume and integrate data from two separate card platforms. This requires clear thinking about how the same underlying idea (spend, balance, payments, status, customer management, scorecards, etc.) might be realised on two different card billing systems and their associated MI, so that the candidate can help us construct system-agnostic data and reports, as well as developing our understanding of how to write ad-hoc queries.
  • Business analyst skillset Knowledge of asset finance lending and products Experience of credit sanctioning and underwriting - automated and manual decisioning, including affordability Experience in completing due diligence and gap analysis between policies Strong written and verbal communication
  • Analytical background and comfortable with assessing and manipulating data Experienced user of excel and PowerPoint
  • Due diligence - review of policy documents and business processes at a 3rd party to identify alignment and gaps with organisation's policies and processes Support creation of an operating framework between organisation and 3rd party, taking into account learnings from due diligence and suggested areas of oversight and controls Identify risks to business processes and supporting mitigating actions Report into business team, working with VP and AVPs.
  • Experience of working on a loans portfolio, using large data sources, and / or using and understanding modelling techniques.
  • Work on integration of open market lending capability in our internal system and infrastructure. This will cover development and re-designing of end-to-end credit risk strategy, including modelling components. Further integration activities from other platforms may be required.
