BSS Business Analyst with TELCO experience

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to manage capacity and complexity within a BSS platform, ensuring optimal delivery and cost-efficiency across high-impact programmes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate user stories, challenge complexity scoring, and drive simplification of user journeys.

Hybrid: 3 days a week in London Based office
Duration: initial 6 months
Rate: Up to £500pd inside ir35 via umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

Manage BSS platform capacity using complexity scoring
Validate user stories for consistency and cost-effectiveness
Work with delivery teams to align user stories with programme milestones
Support the development of complexity frameworks and gating criteria
Challenge stakeholders on simplifying user journeys
Verify supplier complexity calculations through quality assurance reviews
