Certification: You should be a qualified BREEAM Assessor, knowledgeable about various BREEAM assessment types (e.g., New Construction, In-use, multi-residential, RFO) and their requirements.
Education: Ideally, you’ll have an educational background at the degree or master’s level in a relevant field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a BREEAM Assessor is required.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards), and other sustainability-related concepts is beneficial.
