About the brand: they are an independent women’s wear business, seeking a Boutique Manager to lead their flagship boutique in the heart of London. The brand embodies elegance, sophistication, and contemporary style, catering to fashion-forward women who appreciate quality and uniqueness.

Role Overview: As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for their valued customers. Your leadership skills, fashion expertise, and business acumen will drive the success of our boutique.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding individual needs, providing personalised styling advice, and ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales targets, analyse performance metrics, and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand with enthusiasm and passion, embodying the brand's values.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of Retail management experience in fashion.
  • Fashion Acumen: A keen eye for trends, styling, and an understanding of the luxury fashion market.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion: Genuine passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
