Your new company

Based in the City Centre, your new company is a Legal specialist, who due to continual growth, requires a Billing Assistant to join the Billings Team.

Your new role

Working as part of the wider Billings Team, you will be responsible to ensure all invoices are created accurately in a fast and timely manner and sent out within the agreed timeframe. Working closely with internal colleagues and external customers, you will provide assistance relating to invoice queries and resolve in a professional and speedy manner.

Having a methodical approach, you will possess a keen eye for detail and spot discrepancies to avoid errors and late payments.

What you'll need to succeed

Billings experience required, electronic preferred but not essential

Experience of working within the legal industry or professional services would be proffered but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Able to prioritise
Numerical
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
