Your new role:

The role as a Benefits Advisor will oversee the management of the internal invoicing processes, analysing and reporting on benefits spend. You will be responsible for managing the benefits admin central mailbox and becoming subject matter expert for queries. You will collate benefits FAQ and manage the company's benefits FAQ document. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to collate and release communications.

What you need to succeed:

You will need experience working as a Benefits Advisor in a large scale, multinational financial services business, ideally across the UK and Ireland. You will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will be able to adapt and prioritise your workload depending on urgent business needs.
