Your new role

As the Technical Project Manager, you will be the technical figurehead within the company, specifically relating to the delivery of Audio Visual projects.

  • Project Management: Lead key projects with an administrative team, ensuring high standards, excellent customer service, on-site quality, and margin protection. You will manage approximately 35 projects per month, including several large-scale projects exceeding 100k.

  • Technical Support: Oversee the larger projects from start to finish and provide technical support to project and service coordinators as needed. Participate in all handovers with the sales team and initial customer calls before transitioning to the coordination team for installation

  • Team Oversight: Supervise the administrative team daily, supporting the service contract coordinator when required.

  • Documentation and Meetings: Handle drawings, elevations, cable schedules, RAMS, project meetings, and scheduling.

  • Engineer Management: Manage both in-house and external engineers, ensuring appropriate insurances, vehicles, and PPE are in place.

  • Product and Process Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all company products, services, and business processes, along with a high level of technical knowledge to deliver accurate solutions.

  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team on a pre-sales basis for site visits and drawings when necessary.


This role requires a proactive approach and a strong technical background to ensure the successful delivery of our Audio Visual projects.
