Excellent opportunity to join an independent Property Consultancy within their highly reputable Asset Management division as an Assistant Property Manager. Your new role

As the Assistant Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial properties including office, retail and industrial assets. As part of the role, you will be involved in conducting rent reviews and lease renewals. You will also be involved in day-to-day property management duties including responding to tenant queries and helping prepare budgets and service charges. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career with a leading property consultancy and is seeking an organisation with a long history and excellent reputation.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful for this role, you should either have gained experience as a junior property surveyor or have gained experience within property administration and be capable of interpreting commercial property leases. Experience working with commercial property is essential and you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.
