You collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to create an exciting learning environment for students.
You actively participate in developing the school’s improvement plan.
Devise strategies for enhancing teaching and learning.
Monitor teaching standards and ensure continuous improvement.
Support the implementation of the curriculum.
Oversee the accurate assessment of teaching and learning standards.
Collaborate with teachers to enhance classroom practices.
Foster a positive learning environment.
Your focus is on academic excellence and maintaining high standards of behaviour.
You contribute to the strategic direction of the school.

Requirements:

You must hold QTS to be eligible for this position.
Demonstrated experience in teaching and senior leadership roles.
The ability to manage change and advise teachers on planning, teaching, and assessment.
The ability to engage students at different ability levels.
