Your new role

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will handle invoice processing, supplier communications, and account reconciliations. This office-based role (36 hours per week) offers the chance to engage in various tasks that enhance the efficiency of the finance department.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
