Administrator | Temporary | Office-Based

I am working with a client who is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team for a temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently
  • Updating and maintaining records and databases
  • Handling general administrative tasks, including filing and document management
  • Assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office support
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal teams and external contacts
Skills and Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to a basic to good standard.
  • Excellent telephone manner to handle customer enquiries.
