I am delighted to be representing this global materials and product testing company. This company requires a hands-on administrator to join their Edinburgh-based team. This company has offices worldwide and work across a variety of industries testing numerous products and services.

This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity of extension.

Your new role

As a key member of the team, you will be trusted with:

• Management of high volumes of documents and records
• Filing and organising
• Working with internal systems (online and filing)
• Indexing files
• General administration tasks
• Assessing current systems and streamlining where possible
• Working with legal and CoSec

What you'll need to succeed

A successful candidate will have:

• Relevant experience within a similar field
• Strong administration and organisation skills
• Great attention to detail
• Intuition and ability to work autonomously
• Experience with Diligent Software - desirable
