Temporary Administration Officer Job | Runcorn | 3rd Sector | 3 months | On-site parking | £13.50ph

Your new company

A well-established and thriving charity in the area which delivers stand-out services in the social care space is going digital! Due to this, they are looking for an administrator / data entry clerk to support them for up to 3 months to support the project!

Your new role

As an administration officer, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient transfer from a paper filing system onto an online database - making amendments where necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring all confidential documents are disposed of in a safe and efficient way once recorded on the digital system. You will be organising the files and creating the basis of the ongoing data recording. You will be logging and recording all changes onto a bespoke system, as well as pulling reports for the changes into Excel.

What you'll need to succeed

You will demonstrate a meticulous approach to your work to ensure no errors are being processed whilst showing initiative and ability to follow instructions. You will be used to working with paper files, and confident with using a scanner with no guidance. You will be comfortable working independently, and managing your own day. You will be comfortable working on site for 5 days.

You will have full-time hours, which are Monday - Friday based, 37.5 hours, and an hourly rate of £13.50ph + holiday pay. You will be based in Runcorn with ample free parking, and good local amenities nearby. This location is not easily accessed on public transport, unless travelling from within the Halton area. This post is anticipated to run for 3 months given the volume of work.
