Your new role

The role of the Acquisition Surveyor involves the management of a volume of delivery activity associated with the acquisition of rights that enable the delivery of Mobile Operator upgrades, replacements and new sites, whether on a temporary or permanent basis. You will be working on multiple client programmes, so it is essential to be a team player and have the technical experience to advise on and deliver acquisition-related activity.

What you'll need to succeed

A sound appreciation for and understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation and the Electronic Communications Code will be key. Experience with appropriate planning legislation will also be of advantage, especially in the context of undertaking site assessments and acquisition delivery.
