The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Senior to manage a diverse client portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on increasing your professional skills and taking ownership of your workload.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts preparation for a variety of clients.
- Providing standard tax planning and advice.
- Reviewing VAT returns and handling client correspondence.
- Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager and Partner to progress your skills and role within the practice.
What We’re Looking For
We are keen to hear from candidates who meet the following criteria:

- Experience working within a general accountancy practice, handling clients across different sizes and sectors.
- ACCA or ICAEW qualified.
- A thorough understanding of bookkeeping, accounts, and tax principles, along with strong compliance knowledge.
- Proficiency in using accountancy and office software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- A proactive approach with a focus on delivering outstanding and professional client service, ensuring exceptional advice and added value.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to take ownership of your work.
- A positive team player with excellent communication skills for engaging with both clients and colleagues.
