Media Company Collaborating with World's Leading Brands Searching for an Accounts Receivables Specialist

Our accounts receivable department plays a critical role in managing cash influx and ensuring timely payments from clients. We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Your new role

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming payments, tracking them accurately in our system, and maintaining up-to-date bookkeeping records. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Working Pattern: 5 days a week, 3 days in the office in the heart of London, 2 days at home. 9am-5pm.

Expected Duties:
  • Manage invoices and payments
  • Customer Communication, following up with clients regarding outstanding payments
  • Financial Reporting: Generate reports and balance sheets documenting overall profits/losses, update client based on payment.
  • Perform accounts reconciliations to ensure all payments are accounted for and posted accurately
  • Ensuring compliance with national and local financial regulations and maintaining confidentiality in financial reporting.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable or similar role.

  • Education: (preferred but not necessary) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field or similar.

  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or as a team and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
