Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle a real breadth of non contentious advisory as well as contentious employment work. The client base is predominantly respondent based although there is some interesting settlement agreement work. This role will give you plenty of opportunity to get involved in business development initiatives and also to forge long lasting relationships with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 3+ years' pqe. You will have a well rounded employment law skill set and have the ability to work on a stand alone basis.
