Customer Service Advisor, Logistics, London, £30,000 + Bonus, Immediate Start!
Our client, the UK's leading Same Day Delivery Network, are looking to recruit an articulate, personable Customer Services Advisor to join their London-based CS team. Working on a hybrid basis and with plenty of room to progress, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.
Our client have been established for 25 years, and specialise in Same Day Courier / Contract Logistics services. They operate a 24/7/365 service and boast close to 30 service centres across the UK to ensure an incredible local customer service. Due to their sustained success/growth, they are actively looking to recruit the perfect candidate to oversee external customer communication. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls/emails from B2B customers
- Acting as the first point of contact for a wide variety of Logistics issues
- Dealing with in excess of 60 daily customer queries
- Inputting all customer information on to company CRM
- Liaising with internal team(s) to investigate any escalated issues
- Offering an exceptional service to all customers
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of handling inbound calls/emails in a contact centre environment
- Articulate telephone manner
- Ability to work to a fast pace/handle a high volume of daily queries
- Excellent administrative skills
- Fun, sociable personality
