You will be working for a community-based primary school who pride themselves on inclusion and supporting children in all aspects of development in EYFS.
They are looking for an experienced and passionate person to join their team. Your new school sets high expectations for all and are looking for someone who will immerse themselves in the ethos, values, and school community. The schools have excellent behaviour management policies and practices and are looking for someone to stay with them for the rest of the academic year. They pride themselves on providing exploration and giving enrichment opportunities to pupils. The Head teacher welcomes ECT 'S and experienced teachers to apply, and they have part-time and full-time roles available.
Your new role.
You will be expected to undertake and fully immerse yourself in the day-to-day aspects of a supportive role within the classroom. You will be required to effectively communicate with the support staff and lead, by example, in terms of setting high expectations for students. You will be expected to formulate a good understanding of the requirements of your class from an early stage and use Quality First Teaching Methods to engage and support pupils. You will also be expected to utilise available resources to provide maximum impact on pupil learning. You may also be expected to help and guide pupils in their transition to KS1. The EYFS provision is resourceful and has a dedicated team who help children prosper in EYFS and build a framework for life-long learning.

- DBS on update service is preferred but not essential.
- QTS or teaching qualification.
